I worry about this, too. I came in to the fandom right before MShep/Kaidan became canon, so I remember what it was like to hunt for it instead of having so many great artists and writers doing so much for it. It's inevitable that people will move on, but by god I want my fic folder to be even more ridiculous than it is now by the time they do.
