Really sappy happy endings for characters that didn't get them in canon.

The "Beauty and the Beast trope" i.e. Beautiful partner paired with an ugly/disfigured one and "learning to love them".

I actually like the whole seme/uke trope in yaoi. I know it's not realistic, but it appeals to me sexually.
