F!S Anon Meme (the Seventh, and now on DW!)

Secrets, rants, opinions, anything you want to say about your fandom or a fandom or fandom in general, do it here! Anonymously, of course. Get it all off your chest.

Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with captchas and stuff).
2. No autoplaying/autolooping embeds, or embeds that cover/stretch the screen.
3. No dropping personal info or IRL contact info, etc.

That's about it, though!

I'll be linking some general/general-fandom threads I see so people don't repost new threads with the same stuff.

If I was in this fandom, I would be firmly on the "switch" side of things. I get both toppy and subby vibes from both boys depending on the circumstances. But yeah, half of the time I can see Dean laying back and letting his world get rocked, or Sam just flinging bitches around like nobody's business. I would not be happy with anybody who says either of those things is impossible and I'd wonder if we'd been watching the same show.

I reckon switching is the best bet. That way, bottom!Sam people get what they love, and bottom!Dean people get what they like, and fans of them switching are satisfied too.

EVERYONE WINS.

Yes, I don't like it people say Dean bottoming is impossible and not in character and would no way never happen.

Switching is just as much a preference as submissive or dominance. And it is okay for people to have a preference for a character to either be submissive or dominant as long as they don't insist that it is the only right interpretation.

I've never heard anyone say that one or the other role or position is impossible for either Dean or Sam. All I've ever heard is people saying they have a preference and the people jumping on them for choosing to only read one type of fic.
