Some ground rules:

Weird Al Yankovic. And I still hold it as the best. We literally never fought. Everyone loved each other and the music. Some of us even wrote (which was creepy thinking back...) When he got married no one wished death upon her. She became one of us.

Haha reminiscing time I was the baby of the Lady Al fans group. It was weird. I was like 16 and the next youngest person was in their 20s. It was liking having weird aunts who all loved the same guy.

I haven't been around there much since Yahoo groups went the way of the Dinosaur. Maybe I should look them up again sometime.

One of my early fandoms was on Yahoo! Groups, where I was sort of the baby of the group, too. (Although this was Tolkien, not Weird Al.) I'm glad that was one of my early fandom experiences--having a bunch of older ladies in the group made the community feel pretty chill. I liked it.
