Some ground rules:

Fics where a character is treated thoughtlessly by his/her friends/family then gets hurt and/or runs away or something that makes everyone realize how much they care about him/her and drown him/her in affection. Idk, it's a reaction to fics where people act like dicks towards my favourite characters and I just want to give them a hug.

On the less fluffy side, fics where there is a huge power imbalance in a relationship, but specifically where the one on the 'bottom' of the imbalance kicks ass. Like, I don't know, slave fics where the slave is all "Yes, master" but then goes off to organize a rebellion and figure out the way to manipulate the military system or just finds an escape route. Or, on the more consensual side, where the 'higher' character is all "no, you can't do that my precious flower, you are only a lowly servant whereas I am a prince, let me protect you" and the 'lower' character is all "YEAH NO. *defeats everyone*"

Hmm, okay, I don't know how to word the second point properly, but you get my gist, yes?
