F!S Anon Meme (the Seventh, and now on DW!)

Secrets, rants, opinions, anything you want to say about your fandom or a fandom or fandom in general, do it here! Anonymously, of course. Get it all off your chest.

Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with captchas and stuff).
2. No autoplaying/autolooping embeds, or embeds that cover/stretch the screen.
3. No dropping personal info or IRL contact info, etc.

That's about it, though!

I'll be linking some general/general-fandom threads I see so people don't repost new threads with the same stuff.

Unpopular Ships
Obligatory Masturbation Thread
Fandoms you wish existed
How old are you?
What series have you always meant to watch/read/play/etc. but have never?
Time and location
Female-centric works
How do you feel about Tumblr?
Pet thread
Guilty pleasure thread
Favorite old shows
First fandom?

Am I the only one who doesn't actually mind fangirls and hates the connotations of fangirl as an insult? Lol I'm going to get called an SJW for this.

No, not at all. There's nothing wrong with being a fangirl. If it annoys you, then go to a different part of the internet. And why is SJW an insult anyway? It's like a vicious ad hominem- calling someone a "SJW" online is used as a cheap ploy to dismiss anything and everything somebody says without examining the person's argument. It's intellectually lazy.

You're new here, right?

Just like SJWs use every buzzword in existence to shut down discussions, right?

Nope, I also hate it when people use fangirl as an insult, especially because in most cases, it is used either by angry neckbeards who are angry that filthy girls dared to invade their precious geek spaces, or by fellow girls/women who want to prove to the neckbeards that "they aren't like thoooose other girls!".

I don't mind people who are fans and happen to be girls. To me, "fangirl" and "fanboy" just means someone who is so blindly a fan of something that it can do no wrong in their eyes even if it's obvious to everyone else. I guess we have different definitions.
