And also, no spider pictures today but I do have one video link to a spider that's trying to threaten itself in the mirror. This tiny jumping spider is all sorts of confused while it's trying to pick a fight with itself.

One time when I was driving my car on a country back road, I came across a vulture in the middle of the road. It was eating some kind of roadkill, and when I stopped s/he turned its head and looked at me, and as if understanding that they were in the way of traffic, s/he dragged the corpse off to the curb and looked up at me as if to say "okay, you can move along". It was surprisingly cute.

OMG TEH BABY VULTURE! I never thought I'd find a vulture cute (the previous pics were kind of 'meh' for me but well, YMMV) but this cute little thing made me go 'awwwww'.

Ever since I met the "mascot" vulture of a local wildlife rehab place, I've found them to be strangely cute. It was very sociable and funny.

Vultures! IDC what anyone says I think they're amazing and fierce looking. As kids we used to lay out in the field and see who could get them to circle in closest. I always won. I also used to attract dragonflies that followed me when I danced behind the barn. I was convinced I was magic. Years later someone clued me in that dragonflies are just attracted to spinning objects.

It's like everyone of your posts are my favorite posts!

That spider is so hilarious. It reminds me of my dog. She'll see herself in the mirror and she'll bark and want to play with the other dog.

That baby vulture! Ahhh! So adorable!

I love Turkey Vultures. They looks rather majestic when they are soaring way up high with the classic relaxed V wing posture.

I used to live near where a flock of them would roost so I always got to see them in the morning sunning themselves or in the evening when they came in to land.

They aren't my favorite bird though, but they are the second. And... you convinced me to watch the jumping spider. They aren't as scary as the others.
