I want to snark about how you hated 50% of those books then, but I kind of feel bad, because I do get it, OP. They're my least favorite parts of the book, too. But then again that's why I like the last book the most (there's so much other stuff going on, and at least a few new characters to focus on!), but everyone seems to hate that one, so.

And I'm eh on the epilogue: on the one hand, I feel like Katniss deserves happiness and peace, on the other, I don't feel like what's portrayed there feels all that happy from her POV.
