Re: Excercise vidos anyone?

If you're just getting back into exercise again, I'd definitely recommend Leslie Sansone's walking workouts. You don't have to be super-coordinated to do them, and Leslie is one of those upbeat trainers, if you're like me and do better with positive reinforcement =) She does workouts by herself and with a group so there's a little something for everyone.

You can pretty much start anywhere; the reviews for her products are accurate re: difficulty level. I started with this, personally, and worked my way up. These days I do a one mile walk every weekday morning, and 2-3 miles on Saturday as part of my exercise routine. I've lost weight and gotten healthier, so you really can see results with something as simple as walking! Good luck ♥
