You know, I'm not particularly proud of it, but I've been in and around the edges of Twilight fandom since it basically started. And only now am I hearing that she supposedly cheated on her boyfriend with Rob.

Here is how I remember it: there was a lot of speculation about Kristen and Rob getting together, but no one actually started seeing any real proof until around the time Eclipse came out. So that fact that they were in a four-year relationship? Debatable. They were so tight-lipped about it that we really don't know when it started. In any case, the first time I heard something that seemed accurate was when she went to see him while he was filming Water for Elephants. At that point her last boyfriend was looooooong gone. We saw maybe two pictures of them together at the start of the Twilight craze, and then nothing. He just disappeared.

Now, I've never been too interested about the RL stuff of this franchise, so I might have my details off. But show me when they started saying she was cheating on her last boyfriend -- that is, before this new cheating scandal started.

Pretty sure it was the sleepovers they were having during New Moon that pretty much implied that she was cheating.

Even if this is true and not idle rumor, there was still enough time in between her ex disappearing and her hooking up with Rob. If she was widely believed to have cheated on her last boyfriend, it would have been in every trashy mag the second the story broke of her cheating with Sanders. I only hear it from the fans. (If it's being reported in the mainstream media *now* then I assume they picked it up from rumors online in the last week. I read a lot of those articles about her and Sanders and no one ever mentioned her cheating on her ex.)
