Oh sweet christ, this. I stopped playing Okami because of the unskippable cutscenes, and that game was otherwise high quality.

I've only played the PS2 version of Okami, but you can skip them. This shows up only after you beat the game, though :/

Note to self, play game after roommate beats it.
