Especially because, I entered a WeLoveFine t-shirt contest. I did a few designs that I think would have worked for a shirt. And I saw some other REALLY great designs like this epic Chinese Dragon-esque Discord shirt.

But the shirts that always fucking won?

Fucking. Memes. Fucking memes with cookie-cutter, from show vector images.

I gave up and haven't participated in another contest. Cause memes will always win.

I like some Brony memes in moderation, but a lot of them are so boring or stupid or offensive or gross, and most of the meme shirts are really ugly. No, Hot Topic, I don't want two different shirts of Fluttershy's "yey", particularly not with the caption in such ugly fonts DDDD: I'd love to see your shirt designs though! Bronies can be so disgusting, and it still surprises me that all of this hatred could come from a fandom for a cheerful kid's show about cartoon ponies.

If I could 'Like' a comment, I would for this one.

Bronies ran the jokes into the ground faster than you can say "The Cake is a Lie" (which is another equally tiresome joke, but that's for another thread). Ughhh.

(And you're right about memes. Between this and the "I DO WHAT I WANT" comment above about Avengers/Loki, I have a sickening feeling some of the better designs in their current 'Marvel Villains' will probably lose out to cookie-cutter Loki memes)
