I'm confused, I recognize the guy from misfits but the scene/show his head's been pasted on? What is the author wanting?

The guy has been rumored to be cast as a character(Ramsay Bolton) from Game of Thrones, and the girl(Ros) in the picture is a sex worker who has had scenes with a lot of the male characters in the show. But it's, plotwise, impossible as both characters are never in the same location.
