I was just ranting about this on Tumblr before! Like really, I don't care how much you and your friends are like Troy and Abed or that you got a TAAITM mug, I'm on the tags for that pairing because I want to follow Troy and Abed. Supposedly Tumblr only picks up posts for the tag list if it's in the first five tags, so if I mention a fandom in a personal post, I make sure that it's the sixth tag or later, or don't tag it at all. It's just really annoying, especially with the Troy x Abed/Trobed/Troy and Abed tags, since they don't get posts that often and it's really disappointing when it's someone's personal post.

Also, I really hate when a tag is clogged with people posting the same video or picture or audio over and over again, especially if it's from another Tumblr. Reblog, people! At the very least, put the original post as a source.

Oh. My. God. This. is it so hard to check the tag before you go posting the same pic that has been everywhere all over the internet all day? I can pretty much guarantee someone has gotten there first! >.< Ugh.

I didn't know about it until yesterday, myself. Now I kind of feel annoyed at myself because I may have made gifs/graphics and not put the tags at the front so no one can find them. Not that I'm dying to get the notes, but if I make something I'm proud of I want other people to see it.
