To be fair, I think those characters are 21 and 28 - not quite what you're reaching for, I think.

I would find it acceptable if the genre was erotica. I have no problem with GRRM writing about his man/girl kink for an audience that wants to read it, but ASoIaF isn't supposed to be man/girl erotica and it mostly seems to be there because GRRM can't help himself.
