You might have sensitive skin down there and the soap you're using is irritating it. Or if you're using a rag or something to clean it may be irritating it.

More tmi, do you have pimples down there? I get those sometimes and it makes it painful to clean. Um, I'm looking up how to clean the vulva and about irritation and stuff, and there's a lot of stuff so I think you should try looking it up.

Sometimes, yeah, but only in the pubic hair region. I just put that down to normal acne tbh.

Er... I have acne, but very rarely get zits down there.

If you shave, sometimes you'll get bumps from that that look and kind of feel like zits.

Yes, that's me too, it's rare but it happens. /shrug

If you have pimples down there it could be that your pants are too tight or something is chafing down there and causing friction to occur, which can give you bumps (boils?) that look like pimples

Also of course it could be regular acne that's caused the same way... if you aren't already you should be wearing cotton underwear
