Sounds like you're very sensitive there, then.

If consulting a doctor (a gynecologist would be best if that's possible) is an option for you, I say go for it. Better be safe than sorry and find out what's causing it, because it could be many different reasons and we can only guess.

Um, really? Your lips don't jiggle? I'm honestly not that sensitive there, but I have no idea what would convince you of that.

They move around my fingers when I'm cleaning or touching myself, sure, but it's not uncomfortable and I wouldn't call it jiggling.

Not all genitals are the same; some women have bigger folds, some have them shorter, some have, er more meat? some less, and it also changes as you grow up, if I understand correctly.

That's why I was suggesting a gynecologist. Someone who studies all that for a living and has seen many different genitals will be able to guide you better on this.
