Speaking only from personal experience (yay, more useless anecdotal evidence!) if people just don't like a game, they say, "Nah, don't want to play, not my cup of tea." If someone feels the need to run around badmouthing a game, they often have a much more personal reason. Otherwise, why waste the energy? Meh. Who knows.
#12 - People keep getting on my case to see the movies, even though I don't care about those. -.- I understand liking them and all, but just because I read the books doesn't mean I want to watch all the movies and fangirl about the actors and all the other crap. Maybe I just want to read the books and be left alone. They'll come back out of it soon, though, right? At leas the last book's done and over with now. And... I didn't really like books 5 & 6. I wonder what about the books after 4 turned you off. Maybe it's the same thing that bothered me...
