Here's a quick picspam from all over! I've done a lot of cats, but why not cats and kittens? After all, we've had a lot of odd species and interesting animals, but there's still always a place for straightforward cute.

Stubby little thing, isn't it? This is Rhene flavigera, and they're not exactly the most skilled of jumping spiders. They can be found all over Asia, particularly in Southeast Asia, and aren't really very big. There's not much information around on these stout fellows, but they can definitely be recognized due to their rather distinctive looks.

but hooooly shit that second pic of a spider :( I swear I've never actively been afraid of spiders - I think I'm gonna have to avoid spider pictures for a while.

Everything is so cuddly today even the spiders. ♥ I just want to cuddle all of them, which is probably not a good idea with the spiders...

I love how perfectly matched the pairs of kitties are. Makes the series that much cuter.

And I always enjoy learning something about the spiders! I'm perfectly okay with spiders as long as they are not actually on me, but I really am enjoying the variety of spiders you find. :)

Your pics are always so freaking adorable! I'm especially in love with the last spider and the bright orange/reddish stripe across its tiny face. It looks like it has a bandana of some sort, or played dressing up as mom and messed with her lipstick and now's looking at you expectant like saying 'look, look what I did!' and wanting some compliments :)
