I'm kind of amused on how much of that I already knew, just by virtue of playing in an RP with Homestuck characters.

Yeah, at first I thought: "spoilers! D:", but with how popular it is, I guessed that strangers to the fandom had already seen some (or much) of it, and besides, everything flashes by so quickly that by the time you get to those parts of the story you might not even remember them!
