Oh puhlease. If people feel shame naturally, then good for them because it incites them to change. If they don't, but change anyway, well that's even better, isn't it (but this rarely happens because change is painful and usually starts with feeling bad about one's ignorance). Realising you've been benefiting all your life without realising while others suffered due to it, IS sickening.
