The thing is, we don't know how much time the OP's ex was spending in her RP. It might have been most of her free time, it might just have been a few hours here and there. And there ARE people who freak out when their SO wants to spend a few hours here and there with other friends, or doing things that don't involve them. I've dumped guys before for getting pissy with me about the time I spent studying for my classes. I know girls whose partners have tried to cut them off from all their other friends. IME shit like this is not all that uncommon. We only have an extremely vague version of the OP's side of the story, and for all we know, the OP WAS the one who was out of line.

However amount of time it was, it was enough to be a deal breaker for the OP. Since he(?) represents half of the relationship, it's kinda important.

I don't think many people are saying the OP was out of line for ending the relationship, though? I'm reading these comments as saying the OP might have been out of line to expect his/her girlfriend to drop her hobby and friends for him/her, but that ending the relationship was probably the best thing for both of them.

Expecting your SO to have nothing else going on in their life but you = unhealthy relationship. Getting the fuck out of a relationship with someone who either is not willing to spend any time with you or expects you to spend all of your free time with them to the exclusion of all other friends and activities = healthy decision.
