Maybe there's something you'd really like to see but you can't find it. Why not ask for help? It might be out there! Or maybe there's something you really loved reading and you want someone to geek over it with. Why not rec it to someone else? Maybe they'll love it too! Who knows, someone out there might be looking for something that sounds exactly like someone you know just created.

Don't feel bad about reccing your own stuff, either! Apparently someone else wants to see it, right?

You should check Lisse's works - she has this thing where she asks for fandoms and writes the most amazing fusions. My ultimate fave is her ninja wizards saga, a Harry Potter/Naruto fusion. It's 8 ficlets so far, those on her journal and these two.

Three that should be ridiculous but turned out to be awesome:

Change is the Only Constant, When Kept or Revealed, and Acquainted with the Night by marag: House is an embittered, older Tim Drake, and now it seems that the caped community just refuses to leave him the hell alone. Familiarity with the Bat-fam is obviously a plus, but I first read this before I got into comics and enjoyed it just fine. Fusion; three one-shots; LJ.
