Oh the preaching... the preaching... I'm an atheist and I don't have much time for religion in my own life but I will never deny the good done by religious organisations. Pullman's preaching in The Amber Spyglass made me incredibly uncomfortable. While I can see the Christian parallels in Narnia, I never found the series to be obnoxious with it's message.
