But yeah, I can't imagine him and a relationship working out, and I just think he and Lestrade would have little chemistry. Plus it just feels like pair the spares to me.

Also I like Molly with Lestrade better :)

Our fandom is WEIRD.

There is an AU fic where there is a story about how Sebastian Moran is literally a lamp.

A character that doesn't exist yet has a story about himself as a piece of furniture.

I like to imagine them in domestic bliss and Lestrade comes home complaining about some idiotic stunt Sherlock & John pulled and Molly is sympathizing and sighing over his bad day and then he teases her like "You had the crush on him," and she gets all flustered and embarrassed and then she's all sweet and shyly complimentary about what a better match they are and then there is nuzzling. Because I'm gross like that.
