Though it's more like Azmaria confided in Joshua about it, he comforted her, they became close and had a marriage out of convenience.

You know, I ship Joshua/Azmaria, buuut...I can actually see this happening. Especially considering that Joshua doesn't really seem over Fiore in the flash back but then WHOOPS suddenly he's married to Azmaria.

Yeah, even without shipping bias I had the marriage-of -convenience headcanon because of the way Joshua still seemed to have feelings for Fiore.

Yeah. I think they both care about each other, but...I do sorta like the idea of them bonding over lost loves, too. Enough that I sorta want to write about it--what is my brain

Bonding over lost loves, and also the idea of being with new people is scary because they've been through so much together and Rosette is so important to them both and they don't want to become separated so it's better to stay together even it's not ideal...or something like that.

Hnnngh. I'm supposed to be working on a fluff bingo thing and I'm not sure if I could do that in a fluffy way but...I might try writing out something as an experiment, maybe. :|a I need to get writing again, anyway.
