Oh I see now why a magpie was a good choice for Ikol. (And that's awful!)

Australian magpies are different, they just attack your face when you go near their nests. With sharp sharp beaks. Possums are the ones who steal shiny shit.

*nods* Australian wildlife is pretty damn hard, by all accounts. I suspect local wildlife round here is merely a bit passive aggressive in comparison.

I used to get attacked by one persistent one near my house (apparently THEY CAN RECOGNISE FACES AND HOLD A GRUDGE) but I was like HAHA because I had a bike helmet on and on a bike so I'd just whizz by whilst it ineffectually pecked at my helmet.
