Serendipity has a cruel sense of humour though, because you know what I got instead? The freakin' scarecrow from Round the Twist. Think "scarecrow crossed with Weeping Angel" but with added jumping off its post and smashing in doors. I never saw the end of that episode, because I had bolted from the room at the door-smashing part and refused to go back in.
At 25, I thought I'd grown out of being scared of it, but I found a picture of it the other week, and nope; still terrified.
