She tried to love him but couldn't and she's not obligated to mother someone else's baby that happens to live in her castle. She was perfectly within her right not to interact with him (and outside of the moment at Bran's bedside, that's all she did).
Sansa is not shallow for not loving Tyrion. She was forced to be his wife, but he was a Lannister who married her knowing she's going to become a heiress since his family is about to murder her brother. She was better to him than he deserved by acting like a proper wife outside of the marriage bed and trying to find some beauty in his twisted body on their wedding night. She's not at fault for failing to do it, not being attracted to him, taking him up on his offer of not having sex and not being interested in him as a person.
(She's also not at fault for not running away with Sandor when he offered to protect her. He was drunk and he scared her shitless and held a blade to her throat. He was also attracted to her and it would be hard for her not to sense it. Running away with him would be A Very Bad Idea and she's smart for not doing it. )
