Please. The writers were practically screaming "Hey shippers! Pay attention!" from the first episode, and the result has been a ridiculously extended and convoluted game of "will they won't they" as the writers scramble to find more reasons why two unattached adults who are obviously into each other would act like idiotic teenagers unable to express themselves.

Spoilers: But now they're in a relationship..? I've actually been pretty happy with how it progressed, all in all.

Me too. I don't think one can win for losing. Honestly, I appreciated the show for being upfront with it. I've watched to many shows where it's like the writers had no idea there were two characters that had chemistry, then they milk it, and then don't resolve. At least this one, they set it up, and so far they've delivered. It was never a "Will they? Won't they?" thing in my head - it was always just a matter of "When?" which made the show way more enjoyable for me.

Plus I like Fillion. And Katic. The writers miss notes, but I don't watch Castle for anything but pure fun. I watch a ton of serious dramas (and several that have these long serial plots - yes, I'm talking about you Fringe) that I like the formula show. And I like *this* formula show LOL.

The show thrives on UST, and when they d get together, it will probably be the end of the show.

they got together in the last episode of s4. that doesn't show the viewers how the series will be post-getting together.

I honestly, honestly could not care less about their relationship.

I wanted to see more interaction between Beckett and her team and of course Richard and Alexis. I guess that doesn't matter as I stopped watching a while back.

I felt like holding up the entirety of Law and Order: SVU or Rizzoli and Isles and yelling "If you make the chemistry, they will ship! Hell, they will ship anyways, so stop trying so hard!" but I don't run into the Castle writers, so there's no one I could yell that to.
