I'm on the fence. I mean, said canon has been pretty cool about its fanon. I just hope they know they're gonna get a shit-ton of Sterek to swim through, and you just KNOW there will be those who don't read the rules closely enough, who'll submit their knotting porn. It'd be amusing to be a fly on MTV's wall, tbqh. ...I might write something. Maybe. It probably wouldn't be Sterek, though, and definitely wouldn't win, but oh well. LOL!

Maybe I should write a story of how Derek won a gift card to the local beautician and thus forces everyone go for a weekly waxing, because damn, least hairy werewolves ever.

Same. Despite the major second-hand embarrassment I get from rabid fans tweeting fic and screaming 'sterek' to the cast and crew at every available opportunity, I do like that they acknowledge fandom.

But then the queer baiting pisses me off, but then I also thinks it obviously the smart idea to tap into that fanbase for votes/marketing/etc., but then I hate that Davis doesn't seem to get that fandom includes critique, but then fandom has crazies, but then—

I just want all the cakes to eat and have :(
