Well that's cool. However, at non-sex shop workplaces, people don't really talk about that sort of thing, regardless whether their fantasies would be considered normal or not.

I have a work friend or three I talk sex with at work. We talk about what gets us off without explicitness, how Charlize Theron pierces our het armour like it's made out of butter and we talk about the sizes of the dicks in our past. I've shown them my femmeslash fic and she's happily told me how it got her in the mood for sexy times later on.

Guess what?

If I liked reading about underage kids having sex with adults, I'd keep mum on that at work because there's no way I wouldn't get the side-eye. The anon who acts like his employers and co-workers could distinguish between reality and his preferred fap material is totally full of shit. I'd judge the HELL out of him/her if they worked in my office.

Well, since you talk about it, I guess that means that everyone does. And anyone who doesn't, should. Kind of like that George Michael song.

I think Monday, I'll go tell my boss about the sex I had earlier tonight (non-explicitly, of course). She'll be cool with it. Then, I'll show her the smut I've written. It will surely bring us closer together.

*shrug* It just might. I worked in a tech support call center, and our breakroom conversations turned to sex randomly. I got along a lot better with my boss when we started joking about really bad erotica on the internet.

da

If I were to bring that up at my office? I could get in trouble for sexual harassment. Written up, fired, maybe even sued. And possibly even from people who were not involved in the conversation, but simply overheard it and felt uncomfortable. That's the litigious society in which we live (and by we, I'm going to specify the US here). Most people can't, and shouldn't, talk about their sex lives at work. It's terribly inappropriate for a lot of job situations, and trying to act like it's no big deal and weird that people don't is unrealistic and honestly kind of moronic.
