Agree, except there isn't canon slash. Aziraphale and Crowley are actually never stated to be together. IIRC the only mention of homosexuality [in relation to either of them anyways] was in the description of what people assumed when they met Aziraphale ['...that he was English, that he was intelligent, and that he was gayer than a tree full of monkeys on nitrous oxide.'] and then turned around basically went 'lol, but he's an angel so.'

It also describes Crowley and Aziraphale's relationship as 'When they're the only person who sticks around for thousands of years, you tend to get attached', so it's honestly kept pretty vague - unless there's an interview, or other Word of God, somewhere stating that they are together [which is entirely possible], then...they aren't a canon-slash couple, just one with a lot of context that could go that way.

Agreed, anon, but... this is fandom. :P The fans (and hell, I'm one of 'em) skip past the "plenty of subtext but little canonical proof" and straight into "I SHIP THEM 4EVA". Which is fine, just... I mean, yeah, the person that said we'd have two humongous fandoms (Sherlock, Avengers) and SPN crazies and GO elitists is right. XD
