Modding Morrowind

http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3880 better bodies, this will fix the horrible character models
http://www.sendspace.com/file/mmaydw general bugfix, also adds some things that were fixed in oblivion/skyrim
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=mods.detail&id=2735 this will replace the heads on the models so that it will match the improved bodies, the skin tones don't always line up but trust me it's a big improvement
http://www.freewebs.com/glassboy/Adj_Magicka%20Regen.zip this one will give you the option to have your magicka regenerate over time (speed based on your willpower stat) this is like in oblivion basically, otherwise you'll have to rely on potions and playing a mage becomes very impractical
http://lovkullen.net/Emma/kids.htm if you want to add kids, it serves no purpose other than making the communities feel like...y'know...communities
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8326 this adds many, many enemies to the game, you might want to do this, you may not, it includes mostly a lot of variety, and some creatures from oblivion and daggerfall that weren't around in MW

https://www.msu.edu/~kindersa/khajiit.html the addendum to better bodies, this takes care of your lizards and cat people, which the other one didn't
if you did want to look at graphic replacers, start here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:World_Replacers but i reccomend not messing with that too much since it can cause issues
