I actually don't even like the other Bourne movies. I only went to see this for Jeremy Renner. I have no regrets.

Same. Not 100% sure on what the series is about besides shooting and jumping off buildings. How was he?

I actually enjoyed it. I wouldn't say it was my favorite movie ever, but I liked it more than the first Bourne movie (the other one I've seen).

You really only need to know the basic concepts. So maybe check out a summary of the first movie. I haven't seen 2 or 3, and I followed just fine.
