Here's the spider!













There she is, Cyriocosmus elegans, a little beauty.

This pretty spider is found in Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago. It really is a very small spider, but it matures pretty quickly as well, becoming an adult when it's about a year old. For tarantulas, this is pretty impressive.

My computer can't handle this much fluffiness in one post. The spider is gorgeous, and I really enjoy getting to know new species I've never heard of.

Baby chinchillas! I think I have 3 cavities now, somebody call a dentist! D:

Even the spider is tiny and cute! I just can't quite believe that tarantulas come that small. Just gobsmacked.
