But seriously, OP, any idea why? this should be an interesting discussion. RBD is one of my favorite characters in ANYTHING EVER, and frankly one of the things I love SO MUCH about her (and find very relatable) is her penchant for ~traditionally boyish~ things while still retaining her femininity and identifying as female. Because I'm the same way (though not with athletics) and am constantly surprised at the "You're a girl and you like X?" response I get irl. So...if you are classifying her as male because you don't think she acts feminine enough, then I'd challenge you to really think about that.
Or it could be some really off-the-wall reason. I'm very curious, though.
