Today has been a "meh" kind of day. I've been listening to upbeat music and cycling through my funny GIFs and they helped. Except now I'm trying to sleep and I can't. I either think about stressful things with no music on or I think about sad things with "relaxing" music on. Porn makes me go DNW and speech keeps me awake because my brain can't stop paying attention to the words.

I'm probably going to be awake for a few more hours if this keeps up :|

I always like a little bit of white noise or audio book on before I go to bed because I have trouble going to sleep as well.
