As others have already said, what you describe is pretty normal. Naval trails in women can be the result of excess androgens, so it might be worth getting checked out if you're having any other possible PCOS symptoms. However, hair between the buttocks and fast regrowth are common to pretty much everyone. I shave my underarms every day, my legs once every 2-3 days and my bikini area once a week (though if I'm going to be wearing a swimsuit on consecutive days I wax, as the regrowth is noticable within 24 hours if I shave).
