I don't know this person but I went to elementary school with a girl whose head was shaped like that, even more wedge-like in the front. She looked like a hatchet, like if she slammed her face into her desk, she'd be making firewood. I still wonder how her head got that way.

I don't know this person but I agree with the first poster that the photo looks distorted and holy fuckin' bells what has she done with her front teeth? People actually consider that beauty?
