But why is there a picture of a character from Naruto? Is there even a possibility of a Naruto character being a "slut?" Do they have sex in the comic? I'm legit confused

Some fans will call a character a "slut" regardless of whether they have any sex in canon simply because they dislike the character.

"Slut" (along with whore, but slut is more common) is just kind of the catch-all insult for "female character that I don't like/gets in the way of my ship/is the love interest of the character I have a fangirl crush on."

A Mary Sue is a female character who is too perfect. Most authors will give them a token flaw or two, but no one actually counts it against her, so it doesn't really work.
