lol, it's a photo set on tumblr, no it's not a big deal.

lol of course it's not some big RL issue, but you can surely see why the idea of dumping one member (and JUST one member...and the only woman...and not a hanger-on or someone whose story arc separates her from the rest of them) of a team would annoy some people in fandom and make them wonder what the poster was thinking.

So if Natasha isn't the only one it happens to, why does it have to be because she's a woman?

When did I say it was only because she's a woman? I said it's extra-noticeable if you do it to the only female teammember, especially when there's no reason to. I get why people exclude Hawkeye even though it irritates me -- he was brainwashed in most of the film, didn't get much character development outside of Natasha, and didn't interact with the other team members until the final battle. But there's no similar excuse for Natasha, so forgive me if sexism jumps to my mind.
