1) Well, it's original posts, like people pointing out random things or posting a funny picture of something that happened to them that day. If it's really funny or weird it gets a lot of notes, and then they'll reblog with "WHY DOES THIS HAVE SO MANY NOTES?? STOP!!"

I guess I could understand if it's because of how it clogs their dash, but they never specifies the reason why.

3) I like seeing what people think! And generally, unless you're the original poster, you can't even go directly to someone's reblog to see what their tags even SAY without posting a comment

1) Ah, like that? I think it's more sort of... incredulity that something like that DID become so unexpectedly popular. Especially if it's something reasonably cracky. Like, "Holy shit I did that in five minutes and A THOUSAND PEOPLE HAVE REBLOGGED IT. WHY."
