I haven't actually read any Deadpool, but from what I've seen of it, if you like that, you should check out Nextwave. It's collected in two trades, and I consider it the purest refinement of the superhero comic ever. By which I mean it's hilariously over-the-top action-comedy with things going splodey and lots of face-punching. (although fair warning, a large portion of the humor tends to be of the crosses the line twice sort of gags.)

As far as general recs that have nothing to do with your taste, but I'm pimping at every opportunity, I've been loving Saga by Brian K. Vaughan. It's sci-fi/magic/adventure/action in a way I can't quite describe. There's some excellent humor. Issue six just came out, so there's not much backlog to deal with at all. (it's its own setting, not part of any existing comics property.)
