(Anonymous) 2012-09-05 11:40 pm (UTC)(link)I once did a paper on how he tapped at exactly the right time with exactly the right words and sentiments into the white lower class of the 90s which led to his subsequent popularity, so, y'know, it's possible. You can examine the anger and roots and consequences of poetry and its social impact as well as merely interpreting it or saying how it's great.
