it's been years since i read it, but i seem to recall a sex scene in the book where maybe it was mentioned that he was....? i could be wrong tho.

Yeah, I vaguely remember that happening too. But it was in that terrible sequel that I blocked out so I can't be sure.

He does have sex with Clarice in the book Hannibal, though it doesn't mention oral sex specifically (though it says they have a VERY active sex life, so I'd say it's safe to assume that would include oral too.)
