Thank you! I mean, I lose control sometimes when my gf says stupid shit and makes me so angry and I really can't control my emotions and how that manifests. My hands just fly and I can't stop myself. I try to explain afterwards that she shouldn't say such things that she knows makes me angry because I can't control strong emotions like anger and frustration. I totally understand OP because sometimes you just can't help it.
