Okay guys. So I've been asked about this both in the stream and in pms, and thought about it, and made my decision.

I set rules for the shit stream when I created it. Most of the rules can be summed up as "it must be at least this crappy in x category"

now, shitty subtitles? They go over good movies sometimes. So no, Im sorry... can't do it.

So... what day should the new shitty subtitle stream I'll run seperate be? Fridays?

Also, give suggestions!

See now, that's more a movie for the shit stream itself.

'Monsturd' is barely worth it. It is an exceptionally terrible and incompetant movie in almost every way.

I assume 'Manos' and 'Wizard of Speed and Time' have already been watched?

Jesus, I've watched so many shitty movies I can't even recall the titles. There was this one that ended up being borderline porn with topless "wild native" women running around and men being tied up and kept...possibly for their sperm? I don't remember.

And then there was this really confusing and awful movie about time travel....I think that one was Spanish. Oh god, and the weird Latin Christmas movie I watched where Santa had a weird sort of spy headquarters where he watched kids year round around the globe.

So many shitty movies.

Ehhhh... interesting, but I'm going for something different here. Though a shitty enough dub would qualify for the main shit stream.

Do you really want my suggestions? Because I've got some bad ones. Ones that will cause deep pain. Will you accept things that I legit like but think qualify? (Remember, I'm a Troma and the Asylum fan, so my perception is skewed on bad movies.)

Anyway, give me a few hours and I can give you a good list of shit stream contenders.

Do you have enough shitty sub material to do it weekly? I was thinking just a shitty sub day in place of the regular shit stream one time.

When I'm thinking what would work for the shit stream I'm not just thinking "Will this make us miserable?" Because I've seen a lot of movies that were so terrible they hurt. Those aren't fun and should be viewed sparingly. (This is why I recced 'Pig Fuck,' but then had second thoughts. It is really a miserable experience.) I'm also considering the potential entertainment value- be it the absurdity factor, the hilarity of incompetent filmmaking or acting, the possibility shared schadenfreude, and so on. (As you can see, I'm serious about bad movies.)

So, shit subs over good movies quality as shit stream material, for me, as they are entertainingly absurd. It wouldn't be the typical shit stream experience, but I think it'd be okay for a one time thing or so. Personally, I can only handle so many things that are so bad they're terrible. (Unless they end in bloodbaths or orgies. Or bloodbath orgies. Those are always okay.)

Yeah, it woudln't be a weekley thing. More like a "whenever I had enough" thing. but it'll still need a day.

Though if you need a not-weekday, how about double teaming Sunday? Have a bad subtitle movie from, like, 4-6 your time, and then start on the shit stream.

Thing is. everybody keeps giving me suggestions for good bad movies for the stream... but not bad subtitled movies. I need some "DO NOT WANT" material here guys!
