HI ANON! If you can stand listening to music in other languages (specifically Korean), I have some stuff you might like.

First is Taeyang's solo stuff (Taeyang is also part of the K-Pop group BIGBANG). He's an R&B style singer but there's some diversity in the kind of songs he released on his solo album Solar and Solar International. He was born in 1988. This is one of my favorite songs of his.



And then there is Teen Top! There is one who was born in 1992 (the manly rapper (C.A.P)), two in 1993 (the prettier rapper (L.Joe) and one of the main vocalists (Chunji)), one in 1994 (the other main vocalist and the one with the really big lips (Niel)) and two in 1995 (who are sub-vocalists and dancers, in Be Ma Girl one has blue (Ricky) and one has red hair (Changjo)).

Teen Top, stylistically, was definitely inspired by The Bee Gees and that era of music. Chunji and Niel straight up have that very, very high male singing voice (and that is their post-voice break singing voices) that is so distinctive. The music is also really good (I own most of it!). But they are also... teenagers. Chunji is 18 in both of these music videos, and while Niel is 18 now, in these MVs, he was 17. So, yeah. Just so you know if that'll disturb your lusting.

Both of these MVs were released this year, though To You came out first.
