Notes:
Important: I'm really sorry about this, but I accidentally misclicked and deleted the submission post from last week instead of saving it. Managed to save the first page (25) of secrets, but the rest (about 100 or so) are gone.
If you submitted something last week (Aug 26-Sept 1), please resubmit it here.
The submissions post for next week is below as usual.
Secrets Left to Post: ?? pages, ??? secrets from Secret Submission Post #296.

Re: Crazy-ass people stories.
The difficulty can vary between school to school. I had an incredibly easy time, because I taught at a specialty Foreign Language High School. Many of the students were also foreign nationals, and the rest I had to deal with were among the top students in the nation. The teachers there mostly had a good command of English; those that didn't made an effort to communicate anyway.
Other people teaching in other school may have a tougher time. For the most part, foreign teachers are paired with at least one person in the school who can speak English to help you out. It also helps that most schools, from elementary to high school, have government-dictated textbooks, so they already have the material they need to teach.
It was a year-long contract, and I needed a BA in English to get it, fyi.
